Also, please note the following:
Education programs and exhibits will take place in both the Hyatt and the Westin; with committee, litigation groups, and section meetings being held at the Westin. Free Shuttles will run daily between hotels on a continuous basis while programs are taking place. A full list of meetings and locations will be posted to this website mid-August.
Shuttles and services will only be provided for these two hotels.
If you stay at a non-official hotel or residence, AAJ can not arrange for transportation or services. Help AAJ produce the most-successful convention and save costs by staying at an official AAJ convention hotel.
